Chinatown X ShopHallelu
I am currently obsessed with ruffled skirts, so it only made sense to team up with ShopHallelu to explore Chinatown. Chinatown is one of my favorite areas in Singapore. From the moment you arrive, you will be immersed in stunning art, sights, and aromas. Every street floods with Chinese traditions and history.
I started my day by visiting some of the local shops & markets, where I picked up souvenirs for friends and family. After, I toured the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. This sacred temple has been open since 2007 and is a hotspot for visitors. I ended the day by visiting Chinatown food street where you can try new foods at one of the many hawker stalls.
For this look, I chose the String of Pearls Skirt. The bold gingham print went along with the beautiful red lanterns that decorated the roads. I decided to pair the skirt with a simple off the shoulder crop, cute white bow sandals, and my favorite bag from ellejaegypset.
I highly recommend coming to Chinatown whenever you visit Singapore. It is a great place to enjoy the cultural side of this Garden city. I will be returning during my next visit.
